Funny Drunk Driving Contest Winners Headline

What disturbs me the most about the "Winners of Drunk Driving Contest Announced" headline, is the fact that the 3 girls pictured dont look old enough to drive, let alone drink alcohol. But hang on, what sort of contest promotes drink driving? Im sure it was for an anti drink driving campaign, but there really should be some thought going into headlines.
