Yes, that really is a child, in a game prize machine. Apparently the young boy from the Northern Territory in Australia climbed inside, up through the prize chute, hoping to get himself a toy prize.
After being released, he was given his own stuffed toy and a lollipop for his efforts. That's right, reward the idiot child.
But one might ask the question - where were his idiot parents?
Sounds like you didn't read the news story correctly amigo. His parents were there when it happened. They stood around while people laughed and fire-fighters got their son out of the machine.
